"In martial arts we learned to continually test our resilience and determination.
In meditation also we learned to check and stretch the boundaries that we
habitually set for ourselves. These self restrictions are usually the by-products of
negative conditioning. I feel sure that the blessings conferred by these disciplines
are of immense help in my continuing recovery and i'm deeply grateful for all the
